YOU SEE MY ART AND YOU SEE ME

Standing in front of the empty canvas, I close my eyes and sense the colour, feel the subject and composition.

I started drawing and colouring in anything and everything at age five, the beginning of an interesting and challenging road. By my high school years, all I wanted was to be an Art Teacher, however, my parents had different ideas.

At 26 I studied Fine Arts majoring in painting. Art was and is the saving grace for my wellbeing, to this day my works are a contemporary expression of my feelings and environment, being extremely cathartic.

I am inspired by life, with all its ups and downs, environment, people and travel. My artworks are a contemporary expression of all these aspects.

The freedom and passion I feel when I step into my studio is like no other experience. Daily I wake with the thought ‘I must create!’ This is my war cry…..

I have artworks in collections worldwide. In 2000, I was invited to exhibit in the World Art Expo at Jack Javits Center, New York.

I have taught students in Byron Bay Australia, the Maldives, England and Russia and now teach Art from my home studio in Geraldton, Western Australia. The classes are very popular and together we create beautiful artworks, even if you have never painted, or maybe not for a long time.

I want to reignite your passion and show you how to live your best creative life!
